Carpathian spruce soundboards

Carpathian spruce, picea abies, comes from the Carpathian Mountains in Southern Ukraine. It has been compared to Red
Spruce, picea rubens, however Carpathian is lighter in weight with pronounced cross silking typical of European spruces.
Carpathian produces a guitar that is very responsive which lends itself to a wide range of playing styles from classical to flatpicking.
